Weekly Live Healing Yoga Classes via Zoom

Vinyasa Flow

This class assumes you have a solid practice. You can always modify, so come check it out!

Mon/Wed 12:00 – 1:00pm Pacific Time

If available, please have a block, blanket, and strap/towel next to your mat.

Core Power Flow

Strength and stabilization mixed in with a vigorous flow. Modifications will be provided.

Friday 8:00 – 9:00am Pacific Time

If available, please have a block, blanket, and strap/towel next to your mat.

Yoga Flow with MFR

Saturday from 9:00 – 10:15am Pacific Time

Myofascial release sprinkled in with a slow flow is exactly what you need to start your weekend off right. When weather permits, from spring to fall, we meet @ San Tomas Park in Campbell in person. Zoom in if you can’t make it in person! Bring MFR/tennis balls, a block and strap.
