Public Classes Have Moved Online
Please send your donation when you attend class to healingyogabymichelle@gmail.com using Venmo or PayPal (please choose “send to a friend” to avoid fees and mark private).
Meditation classes are offered free for all.
By clicking to join a class, you assume responsibility for your own safety. I offer out multiple options and variations so you can tailor the practice to your needs.

Mindfulness Meditation
Tuesday/Thursday at 2:00 – 2:15pm Pacific Time
Wednesday at 7:00 – 7:20pm Pacific Time Please have a cushion or folded blanket to sit on.
Vinyasa Flow – Level II
Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 12:00 – 1:00pm Pacific Time
If available, please have a block, blanket, and strap/towel next to your mat.
Yoga Flow
Wednesday from 6:00 – 7:00pm Pacific Time. In person or via Zoom.
Saturday Yoga in the Park 9:00 – 10:15am Pacific Time @ San Tomas Park, Campbell, CA
If available, please have a block, blanket, and MFR/tennis balls next to your mat.
